In a new interview, Kate Hudson revealed working hard at the gym and eating right are her secrets to staying in shape.
While the actress, 35, did admit she loves to occasionally treat herself to a "real serious double double burger, fries, and Coke," she credits her regular workouts for helping her body stay fit.
"You [have to] work your a** off, that’s the only way. [And] you have to eat right," she said at the 'Love In For Kids' charity gala in Beverly Hills on Friday, Nov. 21.

"Everybody wants some sort of secret and there just isn’t, it’s just you have to work out," she added.
Kate — who is mom to Ryder, 10, and Bingham, 3, with ex Chris Robinson and current fiancé Matt Bellamy, respectively — said practicing Pilates for the past 15 years has helped her establish a sound exercise routine.

"I wouldn’t say [I work out] a lot, just consistently... It can be 20 minutes, it could be 40 minutes, but you have to [get it in]," she told 'Us Weekly' at the event. "You can’t do like two weeks and go like do two days and then take a week off and then do three days and then go, ‘Why aren’t I [seeing results?] I don’t get it.' You know, you just got to do it — sad, like anything else in life!"
