Juliette Lewis is sadly mourning the loss of her father, Geoffrey Lewis, today after the actor died on Tuesday, April 7.
The 79-year-old star passed away from natural causes in Woodland Hills, Calif., a friend of the family confirmed to 'Variety' late last night.
Geoffrey was most known for his starring roles in Western films as well as his appearances in several Clint Eastwood movies including 'High Plains Drifter' (1973), 'Thunderbolt and Lightfoot' (1974) and 'Bronco Billy' (1980).

He additionally guest-starred on popular TV series such as 'Hawaii Five-0,' 'Murder, She Wrote' and 'Law & Order: Criminal Intent.' The actor received a Golden Globe nomination for his performance on the 1980-1981 sitcom 'Flo.'

Following the news of his death, Geoffrey's daughter Juliette, 41, took to her Instagram page to share a touching tribute to her late dad.

"My dad my love my loving father. My strength my might. My friend. My hugs. My laughter. My love. My dad. Oh my heart. My heart. He loved us so. He loved us so. So so much. I am forever my father's daughter and he will never been (sic) gone," she wrote as the photo's caption.
Geoffrey is survived by his wife, Paula Hochhalter, and his 10 children.
