Based off recent interviews with Jon Voight, it sounds like the award-winning actor had no idea his daughter, Angelina Jolie, and Brad Pitt were getting married this past weekend.
After reading about the wedding online Thursday morning, the 75-year-old simply responded, “That’s nice,” according to Inside Edition.
The father-daughter duo have had a famously tumultuous relationship in the past, remaining estranged for nearly a decade.
Back in 2001, Jon told Access Hollywood that Angelina had “serious mental problems” and begged her to seek help. Following his comments, the then 26-year-old publicly stated that she did not think it was “healthy” for her to be around him.

The pair eventually reconciled in 2011 after the Maleficent star had adopted and given birth to a total of six children.
Jon said their reunion occurred after he experienced an emotional epiphany, leading to an attitude change on his part.
“I suddenly saw things differently and everything shifted. That one moment changed my whole life,” he shared. “It gave me back my daughter and my family. Being reunited with my Angie is very precious to me. I adore my grandchildren, they are my great love. It makes me so emotional and grateful.”
According to TMZ, although Jon would have appreciated an invite, he would not have been able to attend anyway, given his prior Emmys commitment. Brad’s immediate family was reportedly all in attendance at the Aug. 23 nuptials.
Inside Edition was the first to report Jon's reaction to the wedding news.
