It seems Jon Hamm still has a lot of love for his ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Westfeldt.
After eight years and eight nominations, the 44-year-old actor finally took home the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series award at last night's Emmys for his portrayal of Don Draper on Mad Men — and during his acceptance speech, he sweetly thanked his former love, Jennifer, 45.

"I want to thank the people to whom I owe this incredible debt. Families — who have chosen for some reason to take me in and be nice to me along this strange, strange road," Jon began his speech. He then thanked a number of people for their love and support, ending with a special shout-out to "Cora and Jen."

While Cora is the actor's beloved dog, his mention of Jen was none other than his ex-girlfriend, whom he recently split with after 18 years together.
Following his win, Jon's friend Viola Davis gushed about the TV star to People in the Emmys press room. "Jon Hamm! He's pretty handsome," the 50-year-old actress exclaimed.
