John Stamos on His Love Life, “I’ve Had Sex Less Than Most People in This Room!”

John Stamos may be one of the most eligible bachelors in Hollywood since melting hearts on Full House as Uncle Jesse. But in an exclusive interview with Closer Weekly, he reveals he hasn’t had the best luck with the ladies.

“I think there’s an illusion about me,” the actor says in the new issue of Closer. “I’m flattered by people thinking, ‘Oh, he’s this playboy. He’s got a lot of girls and stuff.’ But I promise, I’ve had sex less than most people in this room in the last year or two!”

Though he admits a lack of success in the dating department, John explains his idea of the perfect date night: “I like to cook,” he tells Closer.

“To me, a great night is cooking. It’s sometimes hard — especially in the beginning — to go out in public before you solidify a relationship. So to hang out, to cook, play music — that’s what I like to do.”

John is currently starring in the comedy, My Man Is a Loser, in theaters now!
