John Stamos faces one misdemeanor count and could face six months in jail after his June DUI arrest, the LA County District Attorney's Office told Us Weekly earlier today.
Following his arrest on June 12, the 52-year-old actor was hospitalized to be treated for an unknown medical condition. He subsequently entered a rehab facility in July and checked out after a one-month stint.

Earlier this month, a TMZ report revealed the former Full House star was believed to be under the influence of GHB — an intoxicant commonly used as a date rape drug — at the time of his arrest. He was allegedly using the drug as a fitness supplement to "lean out body mass" in preparation for his new TV shows, Grandfathered and Fuller House.
