John Legend Proves Baby Daughter Luna Is His Twin in New Throwback Photo
Stop, this is too cute! John Legend took to Instagram on Saturday, Oct. 7 to share a throwback photo from when he was a kid, and honestly, he looks exactly like his baby daughter, Luna, in the vintage pic!
We always thought John and his little girl were twins, but this new snap just proves they resemble each other way more than we thought. Watch the video below to see the throwback photo of John looking like Luna!
John, 38, and his wife, Chrissy Teigen, 31, previously welcomed Luna, 18 months, in April 2016. In a recent interview, Chrissy revealed the couple is already trying for baby No. 2! The model confirmed she will get pregnant by having one of the couple’s frozen embryos implanted in her in the near future. So exciting!
The “All of Me” singer previously proved that he’s going to be a “cool dad” once Luna grows up — especially when it comes to her dating life! “I start off thinking about the type of person I want her to be,” John said. “If she’s the person she needs to be in life, she’ll attract the right kind of guys and she’ll make the right choices.” He added, “I’m OK with her making mistakes, too, because that’s part of growing up. I feel like I’ll be patient, and I don’t feel like I’ll be too strict.”
And even though John seems pretty mellow, he has admitted in the past that parenting is difficult. “It’s a difficult thing to be a new father and for my wife to be a new mother. I just want to be a good husband and dad,” he said. “[Parenting] advances the level of partnership you share. It’s exciting to see how we as a couple grow together and learn how to react to the challenges and the joys.” We can’t wait to watch John and Chrissy’s family grow!
