Janet Jackson has abruptly canceled her upcoming European tour dates, leaving fans worried for her health.
According to the Daily Mail, the 49-year-old singer announced her Unbreakable world tour cancellation amid rumors she's battling throat cancer via a Ticketmaster email. "It is not possible to confirm [a] new [concert] date at the present time so we are refunding all ticket holders," the Tuesday, March 8 message read.

Janet previously canceled 29 US tour dates earlier this year after learning she had to undergo surgery for an undisclosed medical condition. "Hey you guys… Happy Holidays to each and every one of you. I need you to know, I learned today, from my doctors that I must have surgery soon. It breaks my heart to tell you that I am forced to postpone the Unbreakable tour until the spring," she wrote on her Facebook page last December.

Following reports she was undergoing surgery as part of cancer treatments, Janet took to Twitter to confirm she is not battling the disease. "Remember... believe it when you hear it from my lips. The rumors are untrue. I do not have cancer. I'm recovering. My doctors have approved my concerts as scheduled in Europe, and as I promised, the postponed shows will be rescheduled. Thank you for your prayers and love," she said in a video posted to her Twitter page in early January.
