Well, that’s awkward! Hollywood is full of crazy rumors — some have truth behind them, while others are completely baseless. During a recent appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, Jada Pinkett Smith set the record straight about her 20-year marriage to Will Smith. For years, people have speculated that the secret to their successful relationship is having an open marriage — but the actress insisted their romance is far from scandalous.

“I really think that Will and I just have amazing chemistry on a lot of different levels,” she explained. “We love to laugh together, we love to learn together, and we just love each other. We just have a good time together. Yeah, I guess that’s the secret. Yeah, we just really like each other!”

Though, Jada, 45, joked it would be fun to be in an open relationship, she said her marriage with Will, 48, is definitely exclusive. “I’m like, ‘Yo, I wish!'” she revealed. We’re sure the couple already has their hands full with two successful acting careers and three children. Will and Jada have two kids, daughter Willow, 16, and son Jaden, 19, and the Hitch star also has an older son, Trey, 24, from his first marriage.

Though Jada and Will’s marriage has been a success, the proud mom recently warned her daughter to not tie the knot as young as she did. When asked during a recent interview on The Hoda Show what she would tell Willow in the future if she wanted to marry at age 25, Jada confidently replied, “Don’t do that! Don’t do that! I’d have to be very careful if she fell in love when I fell in love and had a possibility of getting married. I would just talk to her and say… ‘There’s no rush; there’s a lot of life to live.'”
