Ivana Trump Calls Son Donald Trump Jr.’s Divorce From Vanessa Trump “Distressing”

It seems Donald Trump Jr., Vanessa Trump, and their five kids aren’t the only ones who’ve been affected by their recent divorce — apparently, Ivana Trump thinks the whole situation is “distressing.”

The couple announced their split in March after 12 years of marriage, and soon after, there were rumors that Don Jr. had an affair when they were married (the same reason why Ivana split from his dad, Donald Trump, in 1992). And now, Don Jr.’s mother is getting candid about her son’s split. “It’s always distressing, because I’ve been there,” she said of the cheating allegations in a new interview with Page Six. “But who am I to judge and who knows what was the situation at that moment?”

She added, “It’s a long time ago now, so I think Vanessa knew it all along and maybe she just couldn’t get over the hurt to forgive him. But I honestly don’t know that many men who can keep their zippers up.”

Despite the unfortunate situation, Ivana is sure Don Jr. will find another woman someday. “Donald Jr. is a good-looking guy. He is successful. He is not going to have a problem to find a girl,” she said. But she doesn’t feel the same way about her soon-to-be ex-daughter-in-law. “Maybe Vanessa might have a little problem because she has five kids… who is going to date and marry the woman who has five children? Especially since she is young [40] and she might want to have more,” Ivana added. Ouch!

Don Jr. and Vanessa previously confirmed their divorce with a joint statement, “After 12 years of marriage, we have decided to go our separate ways. We will always have tremendous respect for each other and our families,” they said. “We have five beautiful children together and they remain our top priority. We ask for your privacy during this time.”
