Helena Christensen may be 45-years-old, but that isn't stopping her from showing off her amazingly fit body on the new cover of 'Men's Health' magazine!
In the mag, the Danish supermodel — the first solo woman to ever grace the cover of the men's health and fitness publication — dishes on how she's managed to maintain her impressive shape and reveals she loves being considered 'one of the boys.'

"The gym I box in is a really old, sweaty, dirty boxing gym. Real fighters, no bullsh***ing," the mom-of-one told the magazine of her exercise routine.

"I’m all about instant gratification. I don’t have the patience to do long, slow, yoga movements, or swim length after length of a semi-cold pool. Boxing challenges your reflexes, your speed, your mind…everything. Run for an hour and a half? That’s not me. I like explosive energy instead of pacing it," she added.

While she admires women for being strong and independent, the former Victoria's Secret Angel says she prefers to hang out with men.
"It cracks me up. I’ve always been a little sarcastic; crass, maybe. I think my sense of humor is male," she told the magazine.

As for being the first female cover star on 'Men's Health'?
"It was a great honor to shoot a cover story for [the magazine]," she said. "It makes all the hardcore training and swearing worth it."
