Helen Mirren's workout plan is on point!
The 69-year-old recently said that looking good and not pushing yourself too hard are the two most important parts of exercise. "Buy yourself a fabulous workout outfit. Put it on and do four sit ups and take it off and get in the shower," the actress shared.

"My thing with exercise is start really easy, just so you only do three sit ups, you know? Then do four next week and the next week do five. Start really easy," she added.
And boy, does it work for her! Not only has the Brit been lauded for her amazing bikini body, but her close friends, like writer Peter Morgan, can also attest to her incredible figure.

"[She] always looks fabulous," he tells 'People' magazine. "She does the red carpet better than anyone I know. And is an actress at the height of her powers."
And though she's been married to director Taylor Hackford since 1997, 'The Queen' star still knows how to get her flirt on! "She is very playful and naughty and loves the company of sexy men. If she denies it, it's a fat lie," Peter reveals.
