They've been together since 1983, so many fans are wondering: Did Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell marry?
The answer is no, the longtime couple has never tied the knot, even though they've been an item for 34 years. Although they never said "I do," the pair are parents to a 30-year-old son, Wyatt Russell, together. Goldie is also a mom to a son, Oliver, 40, and daughter, Kate, 37, from her previous marriage to Bill Hudson, which ended in 1982. Similarly, Kurt is a dad to a 37-year-old son, Boston, with his ex-wife, Season Hubley, who he divorced in 1983.
But today, after all this time together, Kurt and Goldie are starting to need a little space! "At the beginning, you want to see each other all the time. But for a healthy, long-term relationship, 68 percent of the time is good," the 71-year-old actress said in a recent interview.

In November 2016, a source exclusively revealed to Closer Weekly that the duo is in the process of building their dream house — with separate "his and hers" living quarters for each star.
"They are personally in charge of designing and hiring contractors to create their own individual wings of the new house," a close friend of the couple told Closer. "They fight when Goldie changes her mind after construction has started and wants everything torn up and redone. This drives Kurt crazy."
The home's design specifically aligns with Goldie and Kurt's differing interests. "Her wing will have floor-to-ceiling windows, meditation and yoga rooms. He may get down on the floor and do a yoga stretch or two, but Kurt is not into meditation," the friend revealed. "He loves hunting, and she hates it with a passion. Their only joint project is designing and building their house."
In the past, Goldie has expressed she's glad she and Kurt never wed — and confessed if they did, they'd be "long divorced" by now!

"Marriage is an interesting sociological thing. If you need to be bound to someone, then it’s important to be married," she shared on ITV Loose Women in September 2016. "If you have independence, if you have enough money and enough sense of independence and you like your independence, there is something psychological about not being married because it gives you the freedom to make decisions."
Turns out, Goldie and Kurt even have an "open" relationship! "Goldie’s thoughts are that if you want to keep your man for decades, like she has, you give them space to be men," a friend of the two previously explained. "Which includes being with other women." However, it’s also part of the reason they never wed.
"They’re both old hippies at heart," says the friend. "Neither of them feel that a piece of paper or a rabbi saying, ‘I now pronounce you...’ really matters." Even Goldie has admitted, "A lasting relationship isn’t about marriage, it’s about compatibility and communication." You never know!
