George and Amal Clooney Are Done Having Kids After Twins Ella and Alexander: “They Have Their Boy and Girl!”

Their family is complete!

George Clooney and his wife, Amal Clooney, are done having kids after recently welcoming their twins Ella and Alexander, according to In Touch Weekly.

“They’ve decided they aren’t having any more kids. They have their boy and girl. And George knows he’s not getting any younger,” an insider recently told the entertainment news outlet.

The 56-year-old actor and Amal, 39, welcomed their twins on Tuesday, June 6 in London. During the birth — which reportedly took place at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital — the human rights lawyer was “cool as a cucumber” while her husband was “a total wreck” in the delivery room.

“He just melted. He couldn’t say anything,” the source said of George’s reaction to meeting his twins. “George knew he was going to get emotional, but this was just ridiculous. He was completely overwhelmed, crying tears of joy.”

“Witnessing the birth of his children, and seeing how strong Amal was through it all, has given George a new outlook. It’s like something switched inside him. All George wants to do is kiss his babies’ faces and play with their fingers and toes. He doesn’t even complain about having to change dirty diapers. He’s just so in love!” the insider continued.

The happy couple — who tied the knot in September 2014 in Venice, Italy — are now planning to raise Ella and Alexander in the English countryside at their newly-renovated, $16 million mansion. “George loves the quiet, village life in the Berkshire town of Sonning and thinks it’s the perfect place to bring the kids up,” a source told In Touch.

“He never imagined his life would turn out this way. These babies have brought him a new kind of love, and without question, he’s truly happier than he’s ever been,” the insider continued. How sweet!
