It’s been one year of pure bliss for Eva Longoria and Jose Antonio Baston!
On Sunday, May 21, the couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary — and so far their marriage has been nothing short of amazing!
“Some days we feel like we’ve been married for 40 years and other days we feel like we’ve been married for two seconds — just depends on the day!” the Desperate Housewives actress revealed in a previous interview. “[But], we’re always like newlyweds.”

Over the weekend, Eva took to Instagram to give her handsome hubby a sweet shoutout on their special day. “A year ago today I married the best human being in the world! This year has been magical and memorable, as is every moment with you. Happy Anniversary amor mío! You are my life! Te amo te amo te amooooooo!” she captioned a sweet photo of the two.

After getting engaged in Dubai and then marrying in Mexico, the couple is now celebrating their anniversary in Cannes, France, just in time for the festival! “We’re going to try to make it a mini-vacation,” she revealed, since “we’re priorities for each other.”

Rumors have recently been swirling that Eva is pregnant with Baby No. 1! However, she was quick to negate the false talk. “I saw some pictures of myself [looking] really fat on a boat. I have to tell you, all I did was eat cheese. So that’s the news of the day. I’m not pregnant, just eating a lot of cheese, a lot of wine, a lot of pancakes,” she told Enertainment Tonight.

Shortly after the couple’s wedding, the 42-year-old said she was excited to become a stepmom to Pepe’s three children, Natalia, Jose, and Mariana, so she wasn’t rushing to have a baby of her own. “We’ll see! We have a family!” she said about getting pregnant. “Three kids, so we’re just continuing with our family we have now and waiting.”
