Following Erin Moran’s untimely death last week, fans are curious if the actress ever had any children.

Turns out, Erin was never a mother during her lifetime. The Happy Days star was married to Rocky Ferguson from 1987 until 1993 and the two had no children together. Erin then married Steven Fleischmann in 1993 and the two were married until her untimely passing. They also had no kids together.

Though it’s unclear why Erin never became a mom, she reportedly struggled with depression and money issues after her reign on Happy Days and Joannie and Chachi.

Despite the fact that she and Steve never became parents, their love was stronger than ever, especially at the time of her death. After misconceptions about the actress’ cause of passing swirled, her husband of nearly 25 years penned an emotional open later on Facebook.

“Erin and I met 4/22/1992 and parted ways 4/22/2017. We were planning to go to
Thunder Over Louisville to celebrate. She was feeling fine on our anniversary 11/23/2016,” Steven wrote in the post.

Steve added in his statement that Erin passed away in her sleep close to him. “The coroner said even if she was in the hospital being pumped full of antibiotics she still would not have made it. He said it was the best that she was with me and went in her sleep,” he added. Rest in peace, Erin.
