OMG!Are Ellen DeGeneres and Her Wife Portia de Rossi Moving to Australia?

Big changes could be coming for Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, in 2017!

According to Domain, the talk show host and her lady are interested in a $5.8 million property in Victoria, Australia, and have requested a private tour of the estate in the upcoming months.

Rumors first circulated that the duo would be relocating to Australia over Christmas. Ellen, 58, and Portia, 43 — who married in 2008 — currently reside in LA, though Portia is originally from Australia.

Greg O’Shea — who is the property agent at one of the properties the A-list couple are looking at — spoke out on their potential move.

“Believe or not, they already know about the property. I don’t know how. Maybe they are looking in that particular area,” O’Shea said. “It is a really impressive piece of real estate.”

The massive home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two powder rooms, three garages, and a theatre room.

“The way I look at it is, I see it as an oasis. As soon as I show people the property, I can see a deal getting done sooner than later because something like this doesn’t really come up that often,” he continued. “You are going to have to be a prominent sort of person to be able to afford it.”

The Ellen DeGeneres Show star recently revealed that the pair are more in love than ever. “I’m grateful for everything. I’m grateful for my health, and I’m so grateful for the love in my life,” she said of her wife of eight years. “Because not everybody finds that. Not everybody finds that best friend.”

“Portia and I constantly say to each other, ‘We are so lucky.’ Sometimes it’s lying in bed at night before I go to sleep, and I just say thank you to whatever, whoever is out there,” Ellen gushed. “I’ve gotten to a place where I really am just settled. Really. I know that I’m not going anywhere. She’s not going anywhere. I’m not saying the relationship took a while; I’m saying in my life, it took a while to find this.”
