Ever since first-time mom Daphne Oz gave birth to daughter Philomena on Feb. 26, Dr. Oz has been over the moon about his new role as grandfather.

The TV host raves to Closer Weekly, “She’s like cotton candy. She just melts in your mouth when you kiss her cheeks!” he raved at the March 11 Pinoy Relief Benefit Concert in NYC.

Daphne and her husband, John Jovanovic, have been living under the 53-year-old doc’s roof, which he couldn’t be happier about!

“I get to go home every night and kiss the baby!” he says. “But we have four kids, so I have to fight for my moment.”

As to what Philo, as Daphne has nicknamed her, will call her grandfather? “Maybe it’ll be Papa,” Dr. Oz says with a laugh.

For the talk show host, the best part of it all is seeing Daphne and his family bond with the little one.

“It’s been beautiful to see them bond,” he reveals, “and I love my wife, Lisa, giving Daphne advice on how to take care of her. It’s a full-circle moment!”
