Rest in peace, Don Rickles.
The iconic comedian sadly died on Thursday, April 6, TMZ reports. He was 90-years-old. According to the news outlet, Don passed away from kidney failure at his home in LA with his wife of 52 years, Barbara Rickles, by his side.
Throughout his more than 60-year-long career, Don was most-known for his voicing of Mr. Potato Head in the Toy Story franchise, as well as his appearances on The Tonight Show, The Dean Martin Show, and more.

In a very recent interview with Closer Weekly, the star opened up about life at age 90 — and revealed he had no plans to retire. "Honestly, I didn’t realize it — all of a sudden I was 90," he told Closer. "The years skipped by quickly. When it happened, I said, ‘Where did the time go?’"
"At 90, I’m still going pretty damn good,” Don added. "And it’s nice because I have no plans to slow down." So sad.
In late 2015, Don exclusively revealed what was on his bucket list at the time. "My bucket list is to keep my health and be with my family as long as the good guy lets me," he told Closer. "I want to stay alive!"

"My head is still there, and I know it’s healthy to keep working,” Don explained. "As long as the audience shows up and laughs, I’m there and I’m delighted."
And even though Don has passed, his audience will forever remember his outstanding performances! Prior to his death, it was revealed that he signed on for Toy Story 4. Here's hoping they finished filming the movie so we can hear Don as Mr. Potato Head one last time!
