This is everything. Dolly Parton, Jane Fonda, and Lily Tomlin had an epic 9 to 5 reunion at the 2017 Emmys on Sunday, Sept. 17 — and they’re just as fierce as we remember them!

The actresses hit the stage to present the award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie at the special event — and the audience couldn’t help but go wild after seeing the trio back together again nearly 40 years since the movie premiered! “I have been waiting for a 9 to 5 reunion since we did the movie,” the country singer told the crowd.

While onstage, Grace & Frankie co-stars Lily and Jane took it upon themselves to make fun of President Donald Trump without even uttering his name. Jane said, “Back in 1980, in that movie, we refused to be controlled by a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot.” Lily quipped back, “And in 2017, we still refuse to be controlled by a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot.”

In a previous exclusive interview with Closer Weekly, the girls shared stories from behind the scenes of the 1980 film — and revealed they knew they had a hit when Dolly sang the theme song for them! “Dolly sang us the song and used her nails like a washboard,” Jane shared of the unforgettable memory. “We knew the [feminist] movement had a new anthem.” Lily added, “It was a big moment, because we knew the song was sensational.”

As for a sequel, it seems Jane isn’t totally on board right now, however, Lily has an idea in mind! “We wouldn’t be the stars — our daughters would be the main characters,” she told Closer. “But we’d save the day. We’d teach them how to do it!” It seems an Emmys reunion will just have to do for now!
