Dick Van Dyke just revealed he'd "love" to sing and dance in the upcoming Mary Poppins sequel — and we can hardly contain our excitement!

"I think they want me to come in at the end as the old banker and sing a little song and do a little dance, which I'ld love to do," the 90-year-old confessed on Today on Thursday, Sept. 29.

Dick previously starred as Burt and Mr. Dawes Senior in the iconic 1964 film alongside Julie Andrews. The highly-anticipated remake, Mary Poppins Returns, is set to star Emily Blunt and Meryl Streep. We can hardly wait!

Julie, 81, was just 30-years-old when she landed the role of magical nanny Mary Poppins and later won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance. She has since starred in many other films — including The Sound of Music, The Princess Diaries, Despicable Me and Shrek Forever After — and was awarded the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011.
