Now this is awesome!

David Ross had fans blushing after his Magic Mike Dancing With the Stars performance on Monday, April 3. In the skit with his pro partner Lindsay Arnold, the former MLB player stripped down onstage — and people still can't stop talking about his killer abs!

The 40-year-old father-of-three opened up about his highly-publicized performance (the two danced to 50 Cent's "Candy Shop") shortly after leaving the stage. "I think it worked because I don’t take myself too seriously. If you take yourself too seriously, you’re missing out on the fun of life. I had so much fun out there tonight and that shocks me," David said to People. "If you asked me that at the beginning of the week, I never would have thought I’d be saying that. It’s a memory that I’ll keep for the rest of my life."

"[Lindsay] gave me a lot of confidence. Her coaching really brought me outside of my shell, way outside of my shell," he continued. "I learned that I maybe have a little inner stripper that came out – an inner Magic Mike." Too funny!

Lindsay added, "It was definitely hard in the beginning. When I heard we had this song, I was honestly a bit terrified because I wanted to make David feel comfortable. He is a family guy with a wife and kids at home and I didn’t want him to do anything that made him or them uncomfortable."

The pair went on to earn a 31 out of 40 from the judges Len Goodman, Julianne Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Bruno Tonioli. Assuming they don't get eliminated, we can't wait to see what Lindsay and David come out with for week four of the popular dance competition!
