Daughter Bursts Into Tears After Seeing Mom’s Incredible Makeover!

For Julie Bellaw, who turns 50 next month, a makeover was a long time coming!

When asked by Today‘s Jill Martin about the last time she’d gotten her hair done, the Lake Ann, Mich., resident could only shrug.

Accompanied by husband Mike and daughter Becca, Julie was chosen for one of the morning program’s famous ambush makeovers!

While Mike said he’s looking forward to “something new [and] different,” Becca called the whole experience “really great” for her mom.

When Julie emerged on the show rocking a new layered cut and lighter color, her daughter burst into tears. “Oh my gosh, I don’t even look like me!” Julie exclaimed after seeing her new ‘do. “I think it’s amazing.”

The second ambush makeover of the day went to Teri Flati of New Cumberland, W. Va.

Working as a critical care nurse, the 56-year-old is used to taking care of others over herself, so it was about time she received a little pampering!

Bringing along her husband, daughter, son, sister and baby granddaughter, Teri was excited to see what the experts would do. Added husband Mike, “Oh, I think it’s going to be amazing.”

Shocking her family in a form-fitting dress and face-framing bob, Teri exclaimed of her new look, “Oh my, so different!” as Mike proudly proclaimed, “She’s gorgeous!”
