Courteney Cox and Johnny McDaid have sadly ended their 17-month engagement.
According to a new report, the 51-year-old Friends star and her musician fiancé, 39, abruptly split last month and Johnny has since moved out of their LA home to return to his UK hometown.

“They were going to counseling because they were having issues and fighting a lot, about everything. He just decided he wanted to separate. He hasn’t really given a reason, but mainly said he wants to focus on his music and can’t take the fighting," a source told Hollywood Life, adding Courteney is "devastated" by the sudden breakup.

"She is really depressed about it... extremely upset about. She truly is just miserable about it," the insider confessed.

Courteney and Johnny—a member of the band Snow Patrol—began dating in late 2013 after being introduced by their mutual friend, Ed Sheeran. The couple announced their engagement on Twitter in June 2014.
The actress was previously married to David Arquette—with whom she has an 11-year-old daughter, Coco Arquette—from 1999 until 2013. Johnny's marriage to Courteney would have been his first.
The couple has yet to confirm the news of their separation.
