It looks like another Hollywood divorce is about to turn ugly.
Oscar winner Clint Eastwood, who is said to be worth $350 million, has filed a document in his divorce proceedings indicating his desire to not pay spousal support to ex-wife Dina Eastwood. He also requests that Dina, 48, pay her own legal fees.
According to the documents, Clint claims that the pair secretly separated more than a year ago -- on June 2, 2012 – after 17 years of marriage. Dina filed divorce papers in October, citing irreconcilable differences.
If the two disagree on their date of separation, a fight over money and who’s entitled to certain amounts is a likely possibility, even though the two reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement.
On top of spousal support, Dina, a journalist, seeks full legal custody of the couple’s 16-year-old daughter Morgan. The actor also has six other children from four previous relationships.
Another thorn that could cause issues in the couple's proceedings? Clint's new love interest. The 83-year-old is reported to be dating 42-year-old Erica Tomlinson-Fisher.
