"It's Challenging"Claire Danes Opens Up About Her Marriage to Hugh Dancy
Claire Danes is getting candid about her six-year marriage to Hugh Dancy.
“It’s challenging… it just keeps getting deeper. I keep learning more things about him and myself, and that’s not always comfortable,” the 36-year-old actress confessed in a new interview.
“But I have this incredible security, and it’s a huge asset to have a partnership with someone you trust and admire — and want to make out with,” Claire told THE EDIT. “Marriage is wonderful.”

Hugh, 40, and Claire first met in 2006 and married in a secret ceremony in fall 2009 in France. The couple welcomed their only child, son Cyrus, 3, in 2012.
In her interview, the Homeland star confessed it hasn’t always been easy raising Cyrus while she and Hugh continue filming their respective TV shows — so their son often joins them on set!

“Cyrus has literally grown up on my lap,” Homeland Executive Producer Lesli Linka Glatter said of Claire’s young son. “When he’s on set, that’s where he is. He’ll sit with a headset on and watch [his mother] act. On the count of three, we shout, ‘Action!’ together.”
“Cyrus changes daily — it’s wild, the rate of growth. I’m excited by this phase. It’s fun to see the world with him, to get his feedback on what we’re seeing,” Claire said of her little boy, adding she feels an “insane love” for her son.
