The geniuses behind Fixer Upper don't always sell their gorgeous renovated houses. Sometimes Chip Gaines and Joanna Gaines fall in love with homes, keep them, and turn them into some of the most stunning bed and breakfasts you've ever seen! The couple now has two B&Bs: Magnolia House and Hillcrest Estate. Here's everything you need to know to plan the ultimate HGTV lover's vacation to one of these beautiful properties!

Where are Chip and Joanna's B&Bs located?

The Magnolia House is located in the historic town of McGregor, TX, which is about 20 minutes from their home base of Waco, TX. Meanwhile, the new Hillcrest Estate is right in the heart of Waco.

How to book a stay.

If you're looking to book your trip to one of the Gaines' houses, just log on to their website and click "book now" beside the property you want to stay at. However, you're going to have to make your plans way in advance, because spaces fill up quickly!

How much it costs to stay in a Fixer Upper masterpiece.

It's definitely not cheap to stay in a real, live fixer-upper. Magnolia House is $695 per night (but you have to book for a minimum of two nights) and Hillcrest Estate ranges from $995-$1295 per night, also with a minimum of two nights. But keep in mind, you're booking a whole house, not just a room. Magnolia House sleeps eight people, while Hillcrest sleeps 12, so splitting it isn't too bad!

When did Chip and Joana get a second rental?

Joanna announced the new addition in July 2017, writing, "We are now opening another vacation rental! Chip and I had so much fun restoring this old Waco icon and cannot wait to welcome guests starting this fall. This house dates back to 1903 and we definitely kept its old world charm — our hope is that friends and families from all over can make lasting memories here during their visit to Waco."
