The dream team is back together!

A few months after legendary costume designer Bob Mackie declined to dress Cher for her current "Dressed to Kill" tour, it was revealed he would be providing new looks for her second leg, expected to debut during the New York dates in Sept.

The 74-year-old designer initially explained back in March, before the tour kicked off, that "there simply was not enough time to give this wonderful project the proper amount of care and attention it deserves.”

At the time, the singer described how upset she was at the break-up of their 42-year partnership.

But it appears Bob has found time in his busy schedule to create more wild costumes for Cher, and the 68-year-old couldn't help but express her excitement over Twitter:

Bob, who made history with the raven-haired beauty when she became the first woman ever to bare her midriff on television, has previously described what dressing the international superstar is like.

"It's not like dressing a regular person, it's like dressing a crazy goddess," he told Women's Wear Daily. "Sometimes she's an Egyptian goddess and sometimes she's a biker chic goddess."

While the actress will add his new looks to her line-up, she will also continue to wear designs by Hugh Durrant, who took over the costumes when Bob left the project.
