It seems things are going pretty well for new mom, Chelsea Clinton!

In a Twitter Q&A through the Clinton Foundation last night Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton‘s daughter shared a brief, but sweet message about adjusting to motherhood and life with her newborn, Charlotte.

During the chat on the micro-blogging site, one fan asked the former first daughter, “Congrats @ChelseaClinton on motherhood! What are ways you’re ensuring Charlotte & you are healthy in her first #1000days? #MaternalHealth.”

To which she sweetly replied, “@ThousandDays Ensuring we’re both following drs’ advice. Grateful 2 have this precious time w Charlotte & that she is a healthy baby! – CCM.”

Chelsea and her husband, investment banker Marc Mezvinsky, welcomed Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky on September 26, 2014.

The couple announced the birth of their first child with the following tweet.

Shortly after Charlotte’s birth in Sept., Chelsea’s mother, Hillary, shared a statement on the family’s new addition, “We are thrilled to be with our daughter and her husband as they welcome their daughter into the world. Chelsea is well and glowing. Marc is bursting with pride. Charlotte’s life is off to a good start,” she told ‘E! News.’

Chelsea and Marc were married on July 31, 2010 in Rhinebeck, N.Y. and now reside in NYC’s Flatiron District with their daughter.
