The dental technician who accused Charlie Sheen of pulling a knife on her last week has been fired over the allegations, his lawyer confirms to TMZ.

"The story is being made up by this woman [the dental technician] who was fired on Friday for violating HIPAA by telling her son Charlie was in the office," Marty Singer stated. "It got back to Charlie and the dentist fired her."

While the actor admitted there was an incident in the dentist's chair, he insisted he wasn't on drugs — she had claimed he was on rock cocaine at the time — but instead had a bad reaction to the nitrous oxide mask.

Charlie's rep, Jeff Ballard, tells TMZ that his client's medication for a shoulder injury mixed with the nitrous caused the star to flail his arms and accidentally knock over equipment, but no knife was involved.

The 49-year-old has since lashed out at the former employee with his own message:

"Hey cholesterol pants: Maybe you should have taken the crack you so brazenly and ignorantly accused me of being on, and sold it! Now that you're a jobless washout and a traitor, you're gonna need the extra dough … lick those food stamps, you desperate troll. C."

It is unknown whether the LAPD's investigation into the matter is still ongoing. TMZ was the first to get a statement from Charlie.
