Céline Dion is moving on from the Florida mansion she once shared with her late husband, René Angélil.
According to TMZ, the 47-year-old singer has significantly decreased the price of her resort-like Jupiter, Fla. home in an effort to quickly sell the estate in the wake of her husband's tragic death. The property reportedly first hit the market in September 2013 for about $75 million and is now for sale for $45.5 million.

Céline and René — who sadly passed away at age 73 in January — previously put the 10,000-square-foot house on the market after René was diagnosed with his second bout of throat cancer several years ago.

Following her husband's death, the "My Heart Will Go On" singer and the couple's three sons, René-Charles, 15, and twins Eddy and Nelson, both 5, will reportedly reside full-time in Las Vegas where Celiné is performing in her Caesars Palace concert residency.
Celiné and René reportedly purchased the Florida mansion — which sits on 5.5 acres of land — in 2010. The property's main home includes five bedrooms with five en-suite bathrooms, a formal living room with vaulted ceilings, a media room, an elevator and two kitchens.
The estate's grounds additionally feature two, four-bedroom guest houses, a tennis court, a simulated golf range, a pool house, three pools, a water park and a lazy river.
