Throughout her more than 30-year career, Céline Dion has never shied away from sharing her personal life with her fans.
So it was no surprise the 46-year-old singer revealed her beloved husband, René Angélil, is now using a feeding tube as he continues to battle throat cancer in an emotional new interview.
"He can't use his mouth. He can’t eat, so I feed him. He’s got a feeding tube. I have to feed him three times a day. I do this myself, and so I feed my husband and feed my kids," she told 'ABC News,' in a sit-down set to air Wednesday, March 25.

René, 73, was first diagnosed with cancer in April 1998 when he underwent surgery to remove a tumor in his throat. In December 2013, the former singer — who married Céline in 1994 and worked as his wife's manager before falling ill — revealed his throat cancer had returned.

"I am scared of losing him, because it's bad," Céline recently told 'People' magazine. "But I have to show myself, my husband and my kids that I'm strong and we're okay."
Last August, the 'My Heart Will Go On' songstress — who is mom to sons René-Charles, 14, and twins Eddy and Nelson, 4, with René — announced she was postponing her Las Vegas residency to care for her husband and children.

"When I stopped performing, I wanted to be just a wife and a mother," she said. But, with René's blessing, the songstress is now gearing up to return to the stage for 40 new shows beginning this summer.
"René will be in the audience," she told the publication of opening night. "I promise there will be high, happy notes, but it's going to be very emotional for me."
