At 68-years-old, Candice Bergen has nothing left to hide!
In her upcoming memoir, 'A Fine Romance,' the actress confessed she has gained 30 pounds in the past 15 years — and isn't ashamed of it!
"Let me just come right out and say it: I am fat," the 'Murphy Brown' star wrote in the book. "In the past 15 years... I have put on 30 pounds."

"I live to eat. None of this 'eat to live' stuff for me. I am a champion eater. No carb is safe — no fat, either," the mom-of-one added.
Candice goes on to explain that as she's grown older, she has become much less concerned with maintaining a trim figure, unlike some of her younger Hollywood counterparts.
"At a recent dinner party I shared bread and olive oil, followed by chocolate ice cream with my husband [and] a woman near me looked at me, appalled, and I thought, 'I don't care.' [Thin women] maintain their weight by routinely vomiting after major meals consisting of a slice of steak or a filet of fish. I am incapable of this," she continued.

"Dieting is out of my purview, I crave cookies... all the things that dilate my pupils," Candice wrote.
The book — which is due out April 7 — is a follow-up to the star's 1984 memoir 'Knock Wood.' In addition to sharing her opinions on dieting, the Oscar-nominee's new autobiography focuses on her previous 15-year marriage to French director Louis Malle and current marriage to Marshall Rose.
