Ever since “The Brady Bunch” ended its run in 1974, there have been talks of a possible reunion. And co-star Eve Plumb, who played overlooked middle sister Jan on the hit series, is well aware of the overwhelming desire to see the cast together again!
“There will always be a Brady Bunch reunion, they are kind of endless,” Plumb exclusively shares with Closer. “It will be the thing that will never die. There will always be one. I'm certain of it.”
But the 55-year-old missed out on the latest cast reunion, which took place on “The Talk” last week. Former co-stars Barry Williams (Greg), Christopher Knight (Peter), Mike Lookinland (Bobby) and Susan Olsen (Cindy) were all on-hand to celebrate matriarch Florence Henderson’s 80th birthday!
Although Plumb admits that she doesn't keep in touch with her former family, they still get along, she shares, despite their differing personalities on-screen!
“It's sort of like going to high school,” says the actress. “You don't always keep in touch after all these years, you sort of go your separate ways.
"Everyone is still friends...we just don't all ride to work in the same bus.”
Lately, the former child star has instead been focused on her recent film career, including promotion of her latest movie “Blue Ruin,” which recently premiered at the Sundance Film Festival.
“My role is a very small role but also a very pivotal one,” says the star. “I'm one of the people that the main character is out to get so it's a very rough and tumble role with a surprise ending.”
“Blue Ruin" will open in theaters and be available On Demand April 25.
