Blossom was a sitcom TV series that ran for five seasons on NBC from January 3, 1991, to May 22, 1995. The show followed Blossom (played by Mayim Bialik), a teenager who lived with her father and two older brothers. The series started as Blossom’s mother left the family to start a new life and pursue a new career and followed as the family attempted to adjust.

Throughout the show, Blossom would receive advice in a fantasy scenario from celebrities who made guest appearances on the show, like Mr. T, Hugh Hefner, David Spade, ALF and Will Smith.

Jenna von Oy

After her days as Blossom’s fast-talking best friend Six, Jenna, 43, quickly found another good, long-running role as sidekick Stevie on The Parkers. She’s also done voice-over work, including on TV’s Pepper Ann, and found time to be a wife, mother, singer, blogger and author of the book Situation Momedy!

Michael Stoyanov

Though Blossom’s oldest sibling, Tony, had struggles as a recovering addict, Michael, 53, eased into a career as writer on the staffs of Late Night With Conan O’Brien and MADtv. And he also played one of the Joker’s goons in The Dark Knight and acted in a few series, most recently on Billions.

Mayim Bialik

Following this sitcom’s titular teen, Mayim, 44, got the title of doctor when she received a PhD in neuroscience … which, of course, came in handy playing neuroscientist Amy Farrah Fowler on The Big Bang Theory. Later this year, she’ll make her directing debut in the movie As Sick As They Made Us.

While father Nick Russo made a living playing piano, Ted, 67, went on to have a notable career being a TV director — boasting over 50 credits for TV movies and series, including The Jeff Foxworthy Show, Caroline in the City, Spin City, Less Than Perfect, Rules of Engagement and Mom.

Joey Lawrence

Whoa! Middle child Joey wanted to be a baseball player, but this Joey, 44, proved to be a hit playing another guy named Joe on TV’s Melissa & Joey. He also starred on the short-lived series Brotherly Love and Run of the House, did DWTS and Celebrity Big Brother and hit the stage in Broadway’s Chicago.
