Air New Zealand is known for its quirky safety videos, and this time around the company has recruited beloved comedienne Betty White to get its passengers’ attentions.
The 4-minute video takes place at the fictional Second Wind Retirement Resort where motorized scooters and oxygen tanks abound. The residents of Second Wind, including actor Gavin MacLeod, best known for his role as Captain Stubing in "The Love Boat," help the flight attendants demonstrate the very important safety procedures.
White acknowledges that if anyone should be doling out survival tips, it’s the residents of a retirement community, “cause you’re gonna want some advice from folks who have been there and done that!”
