Betty White is one of the most successful and beloved actresses in Hollywood — and she has the paychecks to prove it!
Though Betty first got her showbiz start in 1939 with her breakout role on a local LA TV show, The Merry Widow, her recent surge in popularity has solidified her as a modern pop culture icon.

In addition to working as an actress, animal rights activist, author, comedian, radio host, singer, and television personality, Betty is also recognized as the first woman to produce a sitcom and now holds the impressive honor of having the longest television career for a female entertainer.
Throughout her 75-year Hollywood career, Betty has won seven Emmy awards, three American Comedy Awards, three SAG awards, and a Grammy. She also has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, is a Television Hall of Fame inductee and a Disney Legend.

Betty has additionally appeared in several hit movies including Ponyo (2008), The Proposal (2009), You Again (2010), and The Lorax (2012), just to name a few!
In a previous interview with Closer Weekly, Betty exclusively opened up about her Hollywood success and longevity. "The fact that I have this kind of health at this age is really a blessing," she confessed.
"The fact that people still ask [for] me and find [work] for me to do, I’m thrilled,” Betty added. "There are those who think I’m going to be around forever, and they could be right!"
