Ashley Judd has made a major confession.
In a new interview for Variety's Power of Women issue, the 47-year-old actress revealed she was once sexually harassed by a well-known Hollywood movie mogul.
“I was sexually harassed by one of our industry’s most famous, admired-slash-rivaled bosses. I did not recognize at the time what was happening to me. It took years before I could evaluate that incident and realize that there was something incredibly wrong and illegal about it," Ashley told the magazine.

The Divergent star — who declined to identify the perpetrator — went on to explain she experienced the harassment while filming the 1997 movie Kiss the Girls.

According to Ashley, she was previously lured to the man's hotel room under the pretense they would be discussing subsequent movie roles for the actress. During one such visit, the man even tried to make her watch him take a shower.
“He was very stealth and expert about it. He groomed me, which is a technical term — ‘Oh, come meet me at the hotel for something to eat.’ He physically lured me," she said before adding she now feels "empowered" by sharing her story.
