Unlike many other Hollywood stars her age, Annie Lennox admits she has little interest in altering her looks through plastic surgery.
“I find it disturbing. If I were going to do some work, which I mean, again, I haven’t done it yet, I might. But if I did, I wouldn’t want to end up with this frozen mask, which is Botox, which is surgery," the 60-year-old singer revealed in a new interview.

"I think, the day they get [plastic surgery] right will be the day that you can’t really tell [someone has undergone a cosmetic procedure]," she added.
As she's grown older in the spotlight, Annie has chosen to embrace her changing appearance and even opted to forgo photo retouching on her latest album cover.

"I just wanted to represent myself at my age in a nice way, obviously. There’s lights and there’s makeup, and there’s a probably a tiny, tiny bit of manipulation here and there. But I said, 'Please, I just want to look as I am,'" the mom-of-two said.

"[Looking youthful is] such an issue for women as they get older, especially women like myself who have been performers all our life. What are we supposed to do?" Annie told 'Yahoo! Beauty.'
