The TV star took to Instagram over the weekend to thank fans for their birthday wishes — and shared a hilarious throwback photo of himself in the process!
"Thanks for all the lovely birthday wishes. My friend Andrea sent me this. Clearly taken a long, long time ago. Probably 1993," the 50-year-old captioned the flashback snapshot of himself looking young as ever with brown hair on Saturday, June 3. We can't get over how different Anderson looked before his silver fox days!

The photo was taken nearly 25 years ago, just a few years after he graduated from Yale University and two years before he became an ABC News correspondent. He is now famed for his work on CNN.

Shortly before his throwback pic, Anderson took to the social media platform to give a shoutout to his birthday twin and BFF, Andy Cohen, who turned 49 years old the day prior Anderson on Friday, June 2.
