According to a new report, Amal, 37, is pregnant with her first baby with the 54-year-old actor. “She’s so tiny that she’s barely showing,” a source revealed. “Even though the buzz is that she’s just past three months, she’ll probably be able to hide it for a while.”
Though the couple — who married in September 2014 — are “bursting at the seams” over their news, an insider revealed George and Amal are keeping the pregnancy a secret for the time being.

"They’re so paranoid about possible complications,” a source told Ok! Magazine, adding the pair's baby was conceived without the help of IVF.
“[George is] hounding her about her diet. He’s pretty paranoid and will ask her at every opportunity whether she’s eaten. When he goes away, he has food delivered to her to make sure she’s getting some calories," the insider said.

Despite the couple's worries that "a baby would ever fit into the picture," the insider added George and his London-based barrister wife will make "amazing parents" and "can’t wait to share their joy with their loved ones."
