In a new interview, Al Roker exclusively shared his diet and exercise secrets with Closer — and noted his current 175-pound stature is the thinnest he's ever been!
"Everyday is a battle," the 'TODAY Show' weatherman said of his lifelong struggle to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
While attending the Elton John AIDS Foundation's 13th Annual An Enduring Vision Benefit in NYC last night, Al said his weight-loss regimen is all "about a balance" of diet choices and regular exercise.
"I bike to work everyday. I eat a little bit less. I take a couple of hard-boiled eggs to work for breakfast. I have a salad for lunch and then a normal dinner," he said.
While the TV personality refuses to completely cut out certain foods from his diet, he does credit sticking to "very small" portions for his success.
At 175 pounds, Al is currently at his lowest weight ever as an adult and said he has no plans to continue losing weight.
"I'm good," he proudly said of his weight-loss success!
